Travel Mom, Ph.D.

I am an Assitant Professor and mom of three precocious elementary school students living in rural Illinois.  I’ve been married to the love of my life since Valentine’s Day 2004.  I’m currently in the midst of writing my doctoral dissertation, teaching full-time, and running my own travel business.  My trio also keeps me busy Ubering them to their activities as they are involved in swimming, tumbling, dance, and art.

To say our life is busy and full is an understatement!  I honestly didn’t know what I was getting myself into when I became a travel agent, but it has become a side-gig that I truly love!  Researching your vacations is an aspect of my life that I enjoy so much and helps me to maintain my sanity amidst the chaos!
